    Warranty covers 5 years on motor and 2 years on parts.

  • How long is the installation?

    About 2 hours for standard installation, other more complicated type of installation e.g. false ceiling will take about 3-4 hours.

  • Do I need to manually turn off the UV light, heater or fan?

    No need. UV light auto off in 20 mins, heater auto off in 90 mins and fan auto off in 3 hours.

  • How long do we need to wait after confirmation of order?

    We will install the rack within 2 weeks' time after confirmation.
